The Business Romantic Society was co-founded by Tim Leberecht and Till Grusche

Born and raised in Germany, Till and Tim worked together at the global design and innovation firm Frog Design in San Francisco. Tim’s book The Business Romantic came out in 2015 and became an international bestseller. Till worked as a CMO at a ridesharing startup in Europe. At the end of 2017, Tim and Till reunited and founded The Business Romantic Society to help prepare organizations, brands, and leaders make business more beautiful and thrive in the age of machines.

Tim leberecht, Co-Founder & Co-CEO

Tim is a German-American author, three-time TED speaker, and a passionate voice for a human future of work. Prior to The Business Romantic Society, Tim served as the CMO of NBBJ, a global design and architecture firm. From 2006 to 2013, he was the CMO of the product design and innovation consultancy Frog Design.

Tim’s writing appears in publications such as Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, Forbes, Fortune, Inc., Psychology Today, and Wired. He has spoken at venues including DLD, The Economist, TED, and SXSW. Tim served on the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on Values from 2011-2016 and is a member of its European Policy Group. After 15 years in Los Angeles and San Francisco, Tim recently returned to Berlin.

Till Grusche, Co-Founder & Co-CEO

Till is an expert for brand-led growth with 15 years of experience in global marketing and business development roles. He has spent most of his career with leading design and creative firms in Amsterdam, San Francisco, London, Berlin, and Munich.

Till served as Global Head of Marketing at Frog Design, as VP Marketing and Business Development at Huge, and helped Berlin-based design studio IXDS with its strategic growth. He also worked in the start-up world as the CMO at Carpooling, Europe's largest ridesharing platform at the time.

In addition, Till still performs as the singer of an almost-retired punk rock band.
